Our camp was designed for all age groups and skill levels. With some of the best
clinicians in the business, we will work to improve wrestlers skills. Some of the most
innovative strength and conditioning workouts will be incorporated into the camp schedules.
There are several clinicians in attendance that will provide the necessary guidance to help
improve technique.

News: Location of event has changed due to large turnout!

Required Equipment: All wrestlers must bring workout clothing, shorts, two t-shirts, headgear, sanitizer wipes, wrestling shoes and a towel. Nutritional lunch, snacks, drinks and merchandise will be available for purchase. If wrestlers have any photos they would like displayed in our facility permanently please bring them with you.

Cancellation Policy


All requests for cancellations must be made in writing to the mailing address on the application. All monies paid minus a $75 administration fee, will be refunded provided the written request is made two week prior to the first day of camp. No refunds will be provided for cancellation made within two weeks of the first day of camp.

Cary Kolat

Cary Kolat is hands down one of the best and most sought after technicians and in the Nation. He is a 4x Pennsylvania State Champ posting a record of 137-0 in his High School career.

In college he won 2 NCAA Championships and placed second and third, with an overall record of 111-7.

Internationally, Kolat participated in 13 events for the USA, including placing 9th at the 2000 Olympics. He placed 2nd, 3rd and 4th at the World Championships from 1997-1999 and won three World Cup Gold's from 1998-2000, also 2nd in 2001.

He won titles at the 1998 Goodwill Games, the '99 Pan American Games and the 2000 Pan Am Championships. Back in 1989, Kolat was named Most Outstanding Wrestler at the Cadet World Championships.

Cary just recently announced he will be returning to UNC, where he was once an assistant coach. He will now act as Director of Wrestling Operations. Kolat will also be the director and head coach of the North Carolina Olympic Training Center based in Chapel Hill.
Carlton Haselrig

A 2x PIAA State Champ, despite not wrestling during the regular season due Johnstown High's lack of a wrestling team. He won a junior world freestyle title in 1986, and a world junior Greco-Roman title in 1985 while competing for the United States. Haselrig won NCAA heavyweight championships in both Division I and Division II from 1987 through 1989, becoming the only man ever to win six titles. While in college Haselrig would defeat future NCAA and Olympic Champion Kurt Angle. Throughout his college career, he won 143 matches while losing only 2 and tying 1.

Though he hadn't played football in college, Haselrig was chosen by the Pittsburgh Steelers in the twelfth round of the 1989 NFL draft. He spent 5 seasons in the NFL and was selected to the 1992 Pro Bowl Team. Carlton also enjoyed a short career as an MMA Fighter.

Olympic Gold Medalistic & Motivational Speaker

Jeff Blatnick is a 2-time NCAA Division II Champion and an Olympic Gold Medalist. Jeff served as a commentator for The Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) from 1994-2001, where he helped develop the modern rules for the sport and coined the term "Mixed Martial Arts" (MMA). He has also served as a commentator for the Olympics. Jeff has overcome Hodgkin's disease twice, once before his Gold Medal performance, and again 1 year later.

Master Vladislav Koulikov holds a Master of Sport designation in Sambo, a Russian form of wrestling, a Second degree Black Belt in Judo, a Black Belt in Nihan Kenpo Karate and a Black Belt in Freestyle JuJitsu.He is a Mixed Martial Arts and Grappling champion and past Gold & Silver Medalist in All Soviet Cups. Master Koulikov received his Sambo training under the instruction of Sergei Vorotyagin, at the renowned Sambo 70 in Moscow Russia.
